Terms and Conditions

Little Flippers Swim Academy is unable to offer reductions or credits for missed lessons, pool closures, or adverse weather and travelling conditions. Refunds or credits will only be given if Little Flippers Swim Academy has to cancel a class for personal reasons.

We are sensitive to your personal circumstances and will hold your place unless we hear otherwise. We would appreciate it if you could let us know if you are not returning for the next half-term so that places can be offered to those on our waiting list.

We require a notice period to remove you from our auto-enrol system. After being auto-enrolled, you will receive an email stating a payment date for your next term. Bookings and payments must be made for a whole half term. You will be charged and invoiced for the next half term if we are not notified of cancellations during the auto-enrol notice period. If you wish to cancel your little ones swimming lessons, we MUST BE NOTIFIED PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT ON THE PAYMENT DEADLINE DATE; otherwise, your space will be automatically carried over, and you will be liable to pay for the upcoming half term. The auto-enrol notice period will vary each term but will generally be around 1 week in the middle of each half-term, leaving you plenty of time to notify us if you no longer wish to return.

By registering for classes, you agree to consider the other classes and venues. Please make sure the changing rooms are left with all food and nappies in the bins provided. Towels should be placed on the changing mats on the benches so that they are kept as dry and clean as possible. Talcum powder should also be contained in your towel.

Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

Little Flippers Swim Academy or any of our team members are not responsible for any loss or liable for any injury to persons outside of class hours.

Little Flippers Swim Academy reserves the right to remove anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving, or displaying disruptive behaviour from our programme without refund.

You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing or calling us at helen@littleflippersswimacademy.co.uk or 01726882980.

Occasionally, we may take photos and/or videos in class and during professional photo shoots for advertising in displays, exhibitions, promotions, and presentations. We would not give personal information, such as full names and addresses. You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.

You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness. In instances of sickness and/or diarrhoea, please keep your child off from swimming for 48 hours, timed from the last occurrence.

Due to the health and safety of both our babies and our pools, we run a compulsory double nappy system until they are fully toilet trained. This system consists of a disposable aqua nappy or reusable Konfidence nappy with a covering Happy nappy. This way, we are minimising the risk of any unwanted leaks in our pools.
